DeliveryWorldwide: about 10–15 days after production to Europe, the USA and Switzerland, 3–5 days within Ukraine. Shipping is quoted for each order; WOO handles export formalities, import duties and local taxes are paid by the customer on arrival.

Every WOO piece begins with a question. What would a chair look like if it were shaped by human imagination alone? What if an armchair were baked like a bun? These questions become sculptural objects — daring, a little ironic, and unexpectedly cozy.
WOO was founded in 2015 around a single idea: balance between expressive sculptural form and the comfort of everyday life. Our first piece, the WAVE bar stool, is still a bestseller. In 2021 the brand transformed — WOO expanded its range with bold conceptual pieces, entered the international market and built a dealer network across Europe and beyond.
We make collectible design for living. WOO pieces are expressive enough to be collected — and comfortable enough to be used every single day. They need no glass case and no special care: sit down, touch, live with them.

WOO collaborates with independent designers, each creating a personal mini-collection for the brand. That is why the collection speaks many languages at once — from the soft, pastry-like curves of BUN to the poised balance of stone in the Balance series — yet always stays recognisably WOO: laconic silhouettes, rounded lines and tactile combinations of materials.
How we make it
Made to order — so it is made for you
We do not produce for stock, and that is a deliberate choice. A WOO piece is made after you order it, because the fabric, the colour and the finish are part of the design — not an afterthought. You choose from more than 300 fabrics in the WOO collection and from Kvadrat, or we upholster the piece in your own material. Either way, the chair that arrives is the one you imagined, not the one that happened to be in the warehouse.
Each piece is built in our own production by a team that has worked on the collection since its first chair. Standard production time is about 5 weeks; your own material or complex upholstery may add a little — we always confirm the date before we start.
StructureSteel tube frames and shaped plywood, high-resilience foam, hand-finished upholstery.
FabricsMore than 300 fabrics: the WOO collection, Kvadrat, or your own material (COM). Free samples shipped worldwide, so you can decide at home.
FinishesPowder-coated steel in any RAL, natural veneers (oak and others) for tables.
For projects3D models (GLB, USDZ, FBX, IFC), dimensioned drawings and a 3D fabric configurator on product pages.
Warranty: 2 years · Care: regular vacuuming, spot cleaning per fabric card.

Every WOO piece is made to order, with a wide choice of fabrics and custom upholstery options — so it can be tailored precisely to your project. 3D models and drawings are available in our free library and on product pages, and our team is always ready to help with specifications, fabric samples and trade terms.

Questions we hear most
How long does a WOO piece take?
About 5 weeks of production from order confirmation, plus delivery: 10–15 days to Europe, the United States and Switzerland, 3–5 days within Ukraine.
Can I choose my own fabric or colour?
Yes. Every piece is made to order: pick from more than 300 fabrics in the WOO collection and Kvadrat, or send your own material. Steel parts can be powder-coated in any RAL colour.
Do you ship to the United States and Switzerland?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery takes about 10–15 days after production, and shipping is quoted for each order. WOO handles the export formalities; import duties and local taxes in the destination country are paid by the customer on arrival.
Can I get fabric samples first?
Yes — up to 5 free swatches, shipped worldwide. Order them from any product page.
Are 3D models available for my project?
Yes. GLB, USDZ, FBX, OBJ, IFC, STL, Blender, DXF and PDF files for 19 pieces are free to download in the 3D models library; a 3D configurator on product pages shows real fabrics on the model.
What is the warranty?
Every WOO piece comes with a 2-year warranty. Care is simple: regular vacuuming and spot cleaning as the fabric card describes.
