Sculptural furniture made for living
Every WOO piece begins with a question. What would a chair look like if it were shaped by human imagination alone? What if an armchair were baked like a bun? These questions become sculptural objects — daring, a little ironic, and unexpectedly cozy.
WOO was founded in 2015 around a single idea: balance between expressive sculptural form and the comfort of everyday life. Our first piece, the Wave bar stool, is still a bestseller. In 2021 the brand transformed — WOO expanded its range with bold conceptual pieces, entered the international market and built a dealer network across Europe and beyond.
We make collectible design for living. WOO pieces are expressive enough to be collected — and comfortable enough to be used every single day. They need no glass case and no special care: sit down, touch, live with them.
A collective of designers
WOO collaborates with talented designers, each creating a personal mini-collection for the brand. That is why the collection speaks many languages at once — from the soft, pastry-like curves of BUN to the poised balance of stone in the Balance series — yet always stays recognizably WOO: laconic silhouettes, rounded lines and tactile combinations of materials.
Award-winning design
Our work has been recognized by international design awards. The NAI chair — a manifesto of human creativity in the age of AI — is a winner of the Interior Design Best of Year Award 2025 in Residential Seating. The PLAY armchair won the Interior Design Best of Year Award 2022 and was named an Iconic Product honoree at the NYCxDESIGN Awards 2026; it also holds a bronze at the IDA Design Awards. The UMI armchair is an Architecture MasterPrize winner, the BUN lounge chair received an Honorable Mention at the IDA Design Awards 2024, and the DROVA pouf is an Interior Design Best of Year 2022 honoree.
