Every WOO piece is made after you order it — about 5 weeks in production — and then shipped to you, your dealer or your project site anywhere in the world. Here is how it works, region by region.

Prices on the site are shown in the currency of your region automatically. Transit times are typical and exclude the production time; we confirm the exact dates for your order before dispatch.
Customs & taxes
Who pays what
WOO takes care of everything on the way out: export documents, customs clearance at origin and all applicable taxes and fees on our side. For destinations outside the European Union — including the United States and Switzerland — import duties and local taxes are charged by your country’s customs when the shipment arrives and are paid by the customer, usually to the carrier before delivery.

Buy closer to home
WOO works with dealers and showrooms in 12 countries — France, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, the UK, Lithuania, the USA, Taiwan and Brazil. A dealer can show you fabrics in person, place the order and arrange local delivery.
Warranty & care
Built to be used
Every WOO piece comes with a 2-year warranty. Care is simple: regular vacuuming and spot cleaning as described in the fabric card. If anything is wrong with your delivery, contact us at info@woo.furniture within the first days after receiving it, with photos — we will sort it out.

Shipping questions
How long will my order take in total?
About 5 weeks of production plus transit: 10–15 days to Europe, the United States and Switzerland, 3–5 days within Ukraine — roughly 7–8 weeks from confirmation to delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the destination and the size of the order, so we quote it individually — before anything goes into production, if you ask us at the ordering stage.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Transit is about 10–15 days after production. We handle export formalities; US import duties and taxes are paid by the customer on arrival.
Do you ship to Switzerland?
Yes. Transit is about 10–15 days after production. Swiss customs duties and VAT are paid by the customer on arrival; everything on the export side is handled by WOO.
Can I order through a dealer instead?
Yes — dealers in 12 countries can show fabrics, place the order and organise local delivery. See the store locator.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, 2 years on every piece.
