Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Every piece is made and dispatched from our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.

How long does it take to make my piece?

Most WOO pieces are made to order — production takes about 5 weeks. Items that are in stock are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Packaging adds 2–3 days before dispatch. Transit time depends on your region: around 10 working days within Europe, and typically 10–25 days for the US and the rest of the world. We share tracking as soon as your order ships.

How is the furniture packaged?

Each piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy five-layer cardboard box. When extra protection is needed, we build a custom plywood crate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We work by bank transfer (invoice) and accept split payment: a deposit to confirm the order and the balance before dispatch. Payment details are provided with your order confirmation.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Each piece is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges — except in case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage. All shipments are insured, so please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, record it with the courier right away, then contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll repair or replace your piece.

Can I order a piece in a custom fabric or colour?

Yes. Most WOO pieces can be made in a custom fabric or colour — including your own material. Write to us with your project details.

Do you provide fabric samples?

Yes, we send fabric samples on request so you can check colour and texture before ordering.
